Flats and apartments
Finishes, construction defects and possible hidden defects, with every item costed in the report.
Houses and villas
The whole property, including outdoor areas, accessible roofs and the plot.
Commercial premises
Electrics, air conditioning and extraction systems, with municipal regulations in mind.
If the real floor area differs from the one booked, the difference is settled either way.

What to know before booking
Charged on registered area
If the property has more built square metres than the band you booked, you pay the difference; if it has fewer, we refund it.
What is always included
The architect's visit, up to 170 checks and a PDF report with photographs and an estimated cost for each repair.
Cancellations
Up to 3 working days before the appointment, with an administrative charge of €49.90. Later than that there is no refund, though we will try to reschedule.
If the seller does not turn up
We wait up to 1 hour 15 minutes from the agreed time. We cannot refund, but we apply a 25% discount on your next booking.
